Welcome to the Community Partner Registration and Information page for Mountain View Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory. Thank you for your interest in this important community benefit. We hope to make registering and activating your Employee/Membership Benefit as simple as possible.
There is no registration, membership or activation fee. If your employer or organization has provided you information on this benefit, you may simply click the Express Enrollment button to go immediately to the online registration from.
What is the Community Partnership Program?
Businesses and other community organizations such as veterans groups and churches are signing up with Mountain View to offer bereavement benefits to their employees and members. Registration is free for everyone!
Those who enroll qualify for significant discounts with Mountain View in the unfortunate event that a death occurs. There are also significant discounts available for enrollees who preplan their funeral and cemetery arrangements.
Mountain View is offering two forms of the bereavement benefit - the Community Partnership Program and the American Hero Program.
Community Partner
A Community Partner is an employer or organization who has registered with us to give you this important benefit. They may have provided you with a member number which you will use to complete the registration, but please feel free to proceed without it.
If your employer or organization is a Community Partner and you are ready to register yourself or your spouse, parents, spouse's parents, and/or children, please click the Express Enrollment button above and submit a registration for each person you wish to register. American Hero
All active or retired law enforcement officers and firefighters and active, retired or veteran military members are eligible for extended benefits with the American Hero program. Whether your current employer or organization is registered as a Community Partner or not registered at all doesn't matter to Mountain View - - the heroes that serve our community deserve extra from us!

How does my business or organization enroll in the Community Benefit Program?
If you want your employer or organization to become a Community Partner offering bereavement benefits at Mountain View or are an employer who would like to know more and/or learn how to sign up, please let us know by clicking the button below to fill out the Community Benefit Information Form.
