Donald Eugene Forsland 2/12/1935 - 2/7/2013

Don attended Lincoln High School and entered the Navy shortly after graduation. At 19 he married the love of his life, Colleen Tingstad, who he met in the second grade at Fern Hill School.

He began his career at U.S. Oil & Refining in 1958 and retired after 41 years.

Don was a wonderful family man who enjoyed many camping trips with his family and spending summers coaching his daughters' softball teams. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandsons and watching their performances and sporting events.

Don is survived by his loving wife, of 58 years, Colleen, daughters, Tami Walker (Rick) and Teri Kheriaty (Paul) and three grandsons, Jacob Walker, Matthew Walker, and Alex Kheriaty, brother, Charles Forsland and sister, Inez Heilig.

The family would like to thank Multicare Hospice for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Don's name to Multicare Hospice or your favorite charity.

Services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., in the Aspen Chapel, at Mountain View Memorial Park.
