Age 70, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Friday 2/22/13. Born 2/9/1942 in Huddersfield, England to Molly and James Greenhalgh, she was the 4th of seven children including Jean, Liz, James, Peter, Malcolm and Chris. Stephanie had an adventurous spirit and loved being outdoors skiing, sailing, walking, cycling, and gardening. Stephanie lived in Norway and France before making her way to the United States where she met and married her husband Joseph Glanville.

Stephanie loved music, ballet, and literature, and passed her love of reading on to her children. She spent many years caring for people in their homes and brought peace to many. She will be missed those who knew and loved her best both near and far. Stephanie loved to make handmade gifts and tried to make each moment special.

She was preceded in death by her brother Peter. She is survived by her husband Joseph of 44 years, her son Angus, his wife Meredith and their two children Liam and Ivy, daughter Joy, her partner Rodney and their two children Ronan and Forrest.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday 3/1/13 in the community room of Lakewood Meadows Senior Housing at 2 pm.
