Samuel Delbert Ussery

Samuel was born on July 5th, 1932 in Enola, AR. God welcomed him home on September 15th, 2011 after a gallant battle with cancer and pulmonary fibrosis. Samuel enjoyed his retirement with his beloved wife Gail and his daughter Jennifer until Gail was taken from cancer in 1999. He decided to live again and marry Dorothy M. Jones. Samuel was preceded in death by his sister Claudell Strayhorn, his mother Arcie Ussery, his wife Gail Ussery, his daughter Jennifer Ussery, and his second wife Dorothy Jones. Celebration of life will be held at Mountain View at 3:00 p.m. in the Valley Chapel Saturday Sept. 24th, 2011. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
